Fort York Neighbourhood Public Realm Plan

This plan outlines the principles and overall vision for the emerging neighbourhood of Fort York, built on one of the largest tracts of undeveloped land left in the downtown core of the City of Toronto. It includes street design and layout, parks and other public spaces, and architectural design guidelines for the surrounding buildings.

An extensive stakeholder consultation process took place between DTAH, local landowners, and the City over a period of several months. This process ensured that the Plan was a truly collaborative effort and held it accountable to local priorities.
